Policy of privacy and use of cookies on the websites of Imago Printer Ltd.

We respect your right to privacy. On this page you will find our position on the collection, processing and use of information about users.

Introduction

The company IMAGO PRINTER SP. Z.O.O attaches particular importance to respecting the privacy of the users of the www.imagoprinter.com website and declares that it makes every effort not to collect any data except those necessary for the proper functioning of the website or those whose collection is aimed at increasing the usefulness of the company’s products.

This privacy policy has an informative character and defines the principles of processing of personal data provided within the framework of the IMAGO PRINTER Internet Store conducted under the domain address: www.imagoprinter.com.

Definitions

Personal Data/Data: all information about an identified or identifiable natural person through one or more specific factors that determine the physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity of the natural person, including the IP number of the device, location data, Internet identifier and information collected through cookies or other similar technologies.

RODO/GDPR (Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data / General Data Protection

Regulation: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

Service: the www.imagoprinter.com website and others managed by the Administrator, as well as mobile applications to which this policy applies, a continuously updated list of which is available here.

User: any natural person visiting the site or using one or more of the services or functionalities provided on the site.

  1. information provided voluntarily by the User: We ask for the personal data of Users using the registration and contact forms in order to, set up a permanent account to carry out purchases on www.imagoprinter.com, make complaints or inquiries. DATA PROCESSING

The website www.imagoprinter.com obtains and processes your personal data, i.e.: name, surname, address, e-mail address and telephone number. The aforementioned personal data is processed in order to:
a) creation and proper operation of an account on the site – the basis for processing personal data for this purpose is their necessity for the purpose of creating and operating a customer account;
b) processing of orders or returns, telephone contact, sending SMS or EMAIL messages (depending on the personal data provided to us) with information on the status of order processing, or contact in case of problems with order processing or presentation of a new offer, or attempts to renew cooperation.

We process all data only to the extent necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing.

The administrator of IMAGO PRINTER SP. Z.O.O has appointed a contact person, whose e-mail address [email protected] is the address for reporting any issues related to the processing of your personal data. Of course, it is possible to report problems related to the processing of your personal data both to other correspondence addresses published on the website www.imagoprinter.com, as well as by phone or in the form of letter correspondence, however, with a view to the speed of taking action, we recommend using the e-mail address provided above.

If it is determined that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the RODO, the data subject has the right to file a complaint with the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection (after May 25, 2018 – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection).

Your data are processed until the purpose for which they were collected is fulfilled. In the case where their processing is based on your consent – until you withdraw that consent. Your data may be processed for longer than the above rules, if a legal obligation, such as tax law dictates the storage of such data for the period specified in the regulations, or if it is necessary for the Administrator or third parties to assert claims, or if the data constitute evidence in proceedings before a court or state administration body.

The IMAGO PRINTER stipulates that due to the synchronization of activities, the pseudonymization/anonymization from the User’s data system may take up to 72 hours from the time of the objection.
The data collected from www.imagoprinter.com will not be sold or shared with other institutions or organizations or persons who are not employees or permanent collaborators of IMAGO PRINTER.
Your personal data may be shared or transferred for processing only:

  • our employees and associates to carry out their service activities,
  • carriers and postal operators,
  • payment platforms,
  • various types of specialized entrepreneurs, assisting us with service tasks,
  • government bodies, in connection with legal obligations,
  • to debt collection companies, law firms, courts and other entities in connection with the enforcement of claims.

We assure you that in each case the provision or transfer of personal data for processing is based on a contract of entrustment for the processing of personal data, a similar legal instrument or based on a legal obligation.
IMAGO PRINTER uses PRIVACY BY DESIGN and makes every effort to protect www.imagoprinter.com from unauthorized access by third parties. This includes the use of firewalls, limited access to computers (requires the entry of a username and password given only to authorized employees) and physical security measures. Immediate implementation of an SSL certificate for https connections will be implemented.
The www.imagoprinter.com website does not implement profiling, and if it does in the future you will be informed.
The Company will not transfer your personal data to third countries.

In the process of processing of personal data by IMAGO PRINTER Sp. z o.o. may participate external entities supporting the handling of orders or complaints, as well as information and communication systems, to the extent necessary for the proper performance of the above-mentioned activities.

At the same time, we draw your attention to not sharing your registration data with third parties, in particular not sharing your account password and using the “logout” option after you have finished using the content and services offered by our sites.

YOUR RIGHTS IN RELATION TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Each person whose data is processed by IMAGO PRINTER SP. Z.O.O have the following rights: the right to access personal data, to demand their rectification, erasure or restriction of their processing, the right to object to the processing of personal data, the right to transfer personal data, the right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority.
On the www.imagoprinter.com website, during registration, providing personal data is voluntary, while failure to enter these data will prevent you from entering into a contract for the use of the IMAGO PRINTER website’s functionalities.
